I find Japanese culture fascinating and unique, as it manages to combine ancient tradition and modernization in perfect harmony. Japanese interior design is aesthetic, cultural and clean, with love and respect for nature. In my design the nature is brought inside through large windows which bring in natural sunlight. There is an indoor fish pond under the staircase which gives a calm and meditative sound of bubbly water. Other natural elements are the wood and bamboo beams and slabs which create geometric grids and frames in the space.
