These days, there are many companies who embrace open working spaces. The culture of the co-working space is a variety of different sized working areas, a mix of private working areas, semi private rooms, large shared tables, private meeting rooms and kitchens. All function as units of one large open space. It is known that our working environment effects our productivity and our general mood. Happy and healthy workers who feel comfortable in their working environment are much more productive. In my design I wanted to create a dynamic and fun working space, a space which allows the workers alternate ways of working, whether it be seating or standing, as well as an abundance of places to collaborate, mingle and relief some stress.
